I bought a 100w EJ heater because the temperature could be adjusted. Wrong, the two dials are too small to rotate precisely, and the red dial cannot be rotated. If you can ever get it up to temperature, it will stay at that temperature, but the design sucks. The recalibration instructions will not work if the red dial is not rotated. It was good at first but after less than a year the temperature keeps rising, I have to unplug it so it doesn't cook my fish. Buy something that's easier to set up, there's no customer support and you just stick with it.
