What wonderful crockery. And you get TWO. The shine on them is as good as a mirror and the quality is excellent. Have used teflon/aluminum/steel plates and found them to require more work than they are worth. They say they are dishwasher safe and have found that the small holes in the rounded edges trap water and drip dirty rusty water out of my dishwasher when removed. NO more with this STAINLESS STEEL set. And thanks to the grate, both sides of the food I bake are heated and cooked, not turned. I tried to find this size in many stores and finally gave up. Just the right size for me and worth the price. I really dislike non-stick sheets as I find them difficult to clean.
