Review on Zojirushi 10-Cup Tulip Rice Cooker and Warmer NS-RPC18FJ (Uncooked) by Kevin Cheek

I received the rice cooker and from day one I had cooking problems as the cooking light went out, stopped cooking and came back to reheat. Press it again and it worked, but it gradually got worse until fast forwarding was completely denied just past the 90 return point on the Revain. I was tired of ruining dinner and messing around with a new stove, so I contacted Revain and got the company's complaints department. since it's been a little over 90 days now. I received an email basically saying they do not guarantee a replacement for their product and I need to send it to a private party who will approve it for inspection and repair. And I can assure you they won't pay $20 or more postage to ship this piece of junk. How the heck do you fix a broken switch on a rice cooker, I mean it's a button and the cooker is pretty basic so what the heck could they have messed up, I don't get it. From day one, when I pulled the stove out of the box and saw the large dent on the side, I should have known it was a mistake as quality control is out the window on this product. Do yourself a favor and buy a Tiger or whatever you can get for your $136 because this spoof of an unsupported product is a waste of time and money.
