I like how they have been able to implement their sales process into our organization without much of an issue. They do not micromanage which is great! Their team members are very knowledgeable about what it takes for us as a business to grow successfully. We also really appreciate having them around when things go wrong (which has happened less often than one would think). Nothing at this time but everything seems good so far with regards to working together. It's hard sometimes because there can always be room for improvement regarding processes within any industry. However, once those improvements get implemented then everyone benefits from it since no specific department will be left behind by implementing these changes. The benefit being realized is greater productivity through more efficient workflows while still adhering to strict quality standards set forth. This allows us to continue growing even though we're only just getting started.
