As a result of this decision, I will now write a review. After about one year and nine months of normal use, the left button on the mouse began to malfunction. We used to be able to modify the number of track selection by holding down the left button in Adobe Audition, however that feature has since stopped working (and similar functionality in Premiere, DaVinci and other software). When the software detects that the button has been pressed, it clears the selection and starts over. Very irritating. I made the decision to request a guarantee from the retailer from whom I made the transaction, which was Amazon. Was courteously conveyed to the recipient (which is nice, but does not change the essence of the matter). Once I finished shaving at Amazon, I immediately proceeded to the Logitech website, where I followed the steps to file a warranty claim: -> warranty -> chat with an expert -> photographs, scan of the purchase, and explanation of the issue -> After five days, a UPS courier arrived at the front door carrying a replacement mouse. It took approximately half an hour and a few emails to complete all of the correspondence. You guys at Logitech are the finest! The mouse, by the way, is quite helpful (supposedly) due to the fact that it functions even when you are not thinking about it.
