This sandal looks great! And it does have good arch support, which is why I purchased it. However, it seems to pitch me forward due to the way the sole is made. Not a comfortable position! Oh, and the massage heel part, for me, was uncomfortable because I have neuropathy in my feet (pins and needles), and I have to say if anyone else has neuropathy, don't buy these! I am not returning them simply because I like the way they look and really really hope they get better with wear!
