Good if your skin is fine. But I had something that was causing a red spot under my nose and had to wash it out with regular soap and then pat dry with a tissue instead of a towel. Basis Sensitive Skin had a very strong odor and only made the red spot worse. So I had to drop the bar and start using Purpose soap, which has no scent at all. I cleaned the area, moistened it with petroleum jelly on a cotton swab and it improved. I still do it but the area is much better.
