That's great! The compression is incredible and the intensity can be adjusted. Don't do like I did at the beginning and strap yourself in tight, once the air fills it will be too tight so not too loose but definitely don't tie them too tight. Great feeling when your feet are massaged/squeezed. You can regulate the heat or turn it off completely. The device is programmed to switch off automatically after 20 minutes. You can restart it at any time. The cord isn't the longest, so make sure to sit next to an outlet. Oh! And it says it's FDA registered. So it's not FDA approved, but the FDA knows about the product. Made in China.
