I use my dad's old hair clipper, it must be 30 years old, I was in dire need of updating it. I wasn't sure about USB charging or power changes, it holds a charge really well, good enough for its motor, you can tell by the way it flows easily through your hair. It can be charged with the included cable or any regular universal micro USB cable. If you want to practice hairdressing techniques, 2 hair scissors are also included. You can wash it under the tap, which I would never do with my old one. It's also surprisingly quiet, good if you have kids.
