Nice and vibrant lip liner, but does transfer and smear just a little
This is a pretty nice and vibrant lip liner, it goes on well, but it did have slight transference and smeared a little, along with when I licked my lips, still not as bad as some other lip liners I have used though, still a pretty good lip liner and lasts awhile on my lips.
- This works great on my eyebrows
