Just perfect - polishing and polishing pads

I have tried a Mikata brand polishing machine with a wool pad to polish my car before and it was great. It has great potential to finish second in serious competition. One thing I'd recommend is that the company needs to focus a little more on the quality of the tool (not that it's lacking) rather than what's to come. with this. I would rather pay for something that is well designed than something with additional elements. Anyway, this is my only contribution to his "failure". The aluminum gearbox confuses me a little just because it's aluminum. However, I understand that aluminum works best as it can handle a lot of heat. This is a great tool for beginners and a must have if you wax, polish etc from time to time. I do not recommend using grinding wheels with it though. You'll get better results with a smaller one-handed sander using the same pads, and that's only because this tool is larger and makes it harder to access areas of the car where you really have leverage and want to stay away from corners, which can seriously scratch your paintwork. The addition of baseplates is great, the pads are great too; They're thick, so the goal is for them to last longer and not burn or crack as easily. Today I finished my car, my SUV and had no problems. I also think being able to increase the RPM is a plus, even if you don't have to, as you don't have to go past the "4" setting when waxing and buffing (yes, that's a good thing). Great. Product, I will use it as often as possible as the results do not disappoint.
