Night Grinding + Oral Care

I grind my teeth at night and I think it's hereditary because my daughter is now too. It comes with four different guards. She took two and I took two. It even comes with a suitcase. We have formed the guards that suit us. During the day I sometimes use a protector with my white stripes to keep them in place. This is a good quality guard and you can't beat the price.
