I bought it for my washroom. The previous faucet had to be replaced because the braided hose failed and flooded my basement before I could get hold of it and turn it off. Couldn't find any pre-purchase tech diagrams, setup pdf, or images to show the insides/under the counter area. It uses the same type of braided hose that penetrates deep into the case and is not serviceable. Pretty stupid considering you're supposed to replace those steel braided hoses every 5-7 years. I bought Krauss for the kitchen and was satisfied. This one isn't nearly as good. On the positive side, it looks good and works well. There are no leaks yet. Hopefully these hoses will last at least 10 years. I'd like to hear from someone at Krauss so I can tell them that making a product this way is a terrible business decision. It should have brass pipes coming out from below and attached to hoses that connect to the water supply lines. This would make these lines replaceable as needed. I would return it but waited 10 days for it and needed a working wash. I can't wait for the next line break and the next flood in my basement!
