Major upgrade of my Anycubic Photon

Firstly, I receive NOTHING in exchange for this review. I am an experienced manufacturer with over 30 years of design and manufacturing experience, including 8 years in 3D printing/rapid prototyping. I've used some of the larger commercial FDM (filament) and true SLA (polymer) printers from companies like Stratasys and 3D Systems, as well as many of the hobbyist versions used by most readers of this review that use LED/LCD screens. This is my opinion on the product without any influence from QIDI or Revain to rate it positively. Having used the Anycubic Photon for almost two years and the Elegoo Mars for around 8 months, like most manufacturers I have often complained that I am limited by the size and quality of the prints they produce. Keep in mind that for most people the quality was better than anything printed via FDM. The quality and range of resin printers compared to what is available for FDM printers has been an issue but has since increased dramatically in the last 6 months to a year. The only problem is that they all have the same small print areas due to the LED/LCD screens. / Business of 3D modeling and the need to create large scale models with a single print. After doing a lot of research and searching online for various commercial resin printers, I realized that scaling a resin printer was going to be an expensive endeavor, so I didn't see many great printers for sale that I didn't need to buy. Take out a second mortgage to buy. Just when I was about to give up hope I literally stumbled across the QIDI S Box while looking for resin here at Revain. After reading the description, I realized that this thing MUST be some kind of hook, for example it must be difficult to use or very unstable in the settings. No, actually it was easy to set up and the operation/maintenance was a dream. It arrived surprisingly well packaged compared to other products I've received from China. I had it and am printing with the bed raised in less than 15 minutes. И приступили к созданию смехотворно большой скамьи, чтобы посмотреть, насколько хорошо она будет печатать из boxing I already have the Chitubox slicer software and found the QIDI S Box in the list of printers, using the preinstalled settings and here we go. To my surprise, it printed quite well and only needed a few adjustments for my resin. I decided to do some testing by printing some small, highly detailed parts I created for clients and some large random parts I found on Thingiverse. I cut 0.025mm to 0.1mm and was NOT disappointed. That's the real deal. I bought it for $800 and yes that's a lot of money but for me it paid for itself in the first few prints I made. I've always been taught that when you get something for next to nothing, you inevitably get what you paid for and end up disappointed. Not everyone will use it for business, but I can say it's worth every penny I paid as the stability/rigidity of the Z-axis drive system alone makes even the simplest print look like it's on a commercial one SLA printers have been printed. . If you've used other smaller printers, the operational setup for them isn't much different, if at all. Finally, this printer is NOT for everyone due to the added cost of filling the resin tank, not to mention the almost $800 price tag. can make you think. But if you're looking for a reliable and well-built large format resin printer, give this one a try and you won't be disappointed. One last thing, yes there are some features that could be improved but that goes for ANY printer you buy. However, this does not detract from the ability of these printers to produce large scale, high quality prints without having to splice multiple prints together. I hope the manufacturer will read customer reviews and make small changes to improve the features that other reviewers have commented on. its previous quality. Only time will tell and I will definitely update this review if anything changes.
