I like how easy it is to use and customize for your specific needs! It's not as complicated or confusing when compared to other applicant tracking systems out there (such as Workday). The customer service team really gets you set up right away so no time wasted once they get started working together. They are very knowledgeable about their product which makes things run much smoother if needed in support questions/needs from our end users. We're looking forward having all applicants be able to upload resumes via this platform instead of using 3rd party sites such as Monster etc., This saves us tons more money each month since we don't have to pay those fees anymore!!
