Review on 🚗 ECCPP Lift Supports Gas Springs for Ford Expedition 1997-2006 and F-150 1997-2004 - Set of 2 by Colton Scheehl

When the struts arrived they looked almost exactly like the original OEM struts on my Ford F150, but not quite what I had imagined. I half-expected that they wouldn't work at all due to the low price and the fact that they felt "wrong" to me. I couldn't be more wrong. These little bugs work great. Almost too good. Nearly. You are strong and strong. They almost lift the hood out of your hands with their lifting power, but somehow it doesn't take superhuman strength to close the hood. For the price I paid I would settle for mediocre/decent performance. They work beyond what I expected. I am very happy with this purchase. They were pretty easy to install once I removed the clip. Rust was an issue. not blame the new racks.
