I actually bought this because I have two older machines that are probably giving out codes more frequently. I have never used an OBDII scanner and had to read the manual carefully. As for the instructions, they're great! Very detailed and well written. Plus, the all-in-one case is well-made and secure, with room for everything, including the manual. The backlit display is bright and easy to read. I think it will suit my needs well!
