My laptop has only one DISplayPort and my TV has HDMI port, I needed to find a solution to get the image to TV. Be careful with this cable, it is not possible to switch from HDMI connector to DisplayPort connector. The advantage of this cable (as opposed to the adapter I already have) is that everything has a latch. The cable comes in a resealable bag with cable, cable tie and warranty card. At first glance, it exudes quality. The cable feels snugly wrapped, there's a clasp for tidy storage, and the connectors are protected and feel solid and well-made. It is logical to transmit image and sound through this cable. Please note that depending on the device, the image resolution may be limited to 3840*2160 at 30Hz. I can watch movies in Full HD without lag and with perfect picture flow. Conclusion: If you are looking for a good quality cable, you can buy it with your eyes closed.
