Bought to hang out with my brother when we ride and have benefited a lot more than I expected. I'm not sure how others are reporting issues because my brother and I haven't experienced any of this. I've been using it every day since I bought it about 3 months ago and even updated the firmware when I first opened it. I listen to my music while driving to work, take calls and use the GPS on my phone with no issues. I can't believe I've gone so long without her. The comfort when taking calls is amazing, and it's surprisingly clear when you speak into the mic and listen to the speakers. I've been driving between 45 and 80 mph and I can still hold a conversation with no problems. I can't say enough good things about it and don't feel like writing more than I've already written. For the price of these two units you get an amazing product. Would buy another device for my wife to ride with me.
