
Wow those generic faucet handles have derailed. Formerly made in the USA, just as durable and precise to the touch (both subjective), on par with other pro brands. I've had several over the last 20 years - all marked "USA". That's a big downgrade. I'm sure they'll do a good job, as will countless other imported pens from companies you've never heard of before - you don't have to pay for the General brand. Mine was sent back as the "customized case" it arrived in was a mess of warped foam, missing hinges and clasps (and they weren't lost in the General Tools packaging, indicating a lack of quality control, not on transport damage). I know a lot (most!) brands have gone overseas and it's very hard to avoid, but I spend my money on companies that at least respect their customers enough to at least keep them if they go to their 'old " Premium prices want to sell their standards high. I returned them and will be looking for used American, European, or Japanese quality faucet handles instead.
