If you do not have tiles, the rag will continue to slide off the nozzle as you use it. At home we have laminate flooring, which makes it harder to maneuver the mop and requires more force than usual to keep the rag from falling off. The issue was resolved as a result of the rag being fastened to the mop with the assistance of the sheet holder. When I used the mop for the third time, the mount that holds the water tank to the rest of the mop came loose on the handle. This caused the mop to no longer be in one piece. The floor nozzle became unusable after the fourth use. The steam started to escape just below the attachment to the remainder of the mop, and as a result, it stopped escaping through the hole in which it was meant to. Due to the fact that the mop is no longer intended for reuse, I was unable to track down a replacement nozzle on the internet.
