The ability to do more than one thing with each call has been beneficial in our business - we can now reach out via all channels (texts/SMS) as well as voice calls! We have not found anything that I dislike about this product yet but if you are looking into something similar then make sure it does what they say it will be able to do before purchasing otherwise your money could go down drain!! If anyone wants an easy solution like us to manage multiple customer accounts from different countries using just 1 app or website without having additional software installed locally, look no further because of how simple jivoX really made things very organized & efficient.
