I bought this laptop first (Intel Core i7-9750H 6 Core, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, 15.6 inch FHD 144H) because I was looking for a powerful laptop at a really good one price searched price . Price. That's all. I originally bought it direct from Revain for $1399 but two days later it was further reduced to $1099 so I stuck with it. Luckily the first one hasn't been delivered yet and I was able to cancel. When you combine this laptop with Revain's 4-year warranty, it becomes arguably the best discounted overall bundle you can find in a laptop right now (June 2020). It's a lot cheaper than all of the competition, and unlike most, it's easy to upgrade. *** Access to the RAM, WiFi card, and hard drive is right in front of you after removing a few #5 Torx screws. It literally takes 10-15 minutes to upgrade all of these parts. *** I don't use it for gaming so I can't comment on the high heat issues others are talking about while gaming. However, I think heat is normal when trying to play on any laptop! This is especially true for laptops like the Razer 15, which are still relatively thin and portable. I mean if you think about it, there's a reason real gaming systems these days are liquid-cooled, large form factor towers with multiple fans etc. Razer's thickness. Can you play with it? Yes, I believe you can. I mainly use it for day trading so I ask this laptop to flex my muscles on a daily basis. With wired Ethernet this is done without any problems on Windows 10 Home. No problems with hardware drivers. I hooked it up to a Sonnetech Breakaway Puck electronic GPU with AMD graphics powering 4 MSI monitors at 32"144MHz, no problem. So it's a laptop screen plus 4 monitors. As for the build quality As far as the RAZER goes, I cannot praise it enough and am very pleased with their attention to simplicity and detail. I particularly like the thick braided power cord and mouse cable. Razer seems to get it right on so many levels! Plus, I think that it doesn't make sense to spend twice as much There are many reasons for an OLED model of 2020! You'll have to do your own research. But it all comes down to what you want to use this laptop for and how you want to use it. For intraday -Retailers I say look no further! Finally, I almost forgot to mention that the battery life is decent given that the specific model has a 2.5- Add inch hard drive has a smaller battery. But again well, S think about how you are going to use it. In the context of this review, you will not engage in serious gaming and/or day trading unless your power cord is plugged in, or at least not nearby in standby mode.
