I'm giving this 3 stars simply because I literally just started drinking this stuff last night. I had some today too. I'm 19 and I'm 5'4 and a quarter tall. I now weigh 126. I work two full-time jobs and also study. I never have time to eat properly or not at all. I eat once a day. Maybe one day on a good day. So I decided to start a new diet on March 1st. My health is terrible. I won't go into detail but I've lost about 20 pounds in the last 6-8 months. As I said, I weigh 126 pounds now. I'm not a skinny mini, but I'm not super fat either. I used to like my weight. I looked healthy. You could say that I really got the right nutrients. blah blah For anyone complaining about the price, why do you only use powder and milk? Obviously this is a huge waste of money if you really rely strictly on 2 elements to help you gain or maintain your weight. I make 2000 calorie smoothies/milkshakes all the time just because I know I never eat and I need SOME nutrients. With that said, BUY A BLENDER AND INCLUDE PROTEIN AND HIGH CALORIES FOODS! It's literally that easy! I always add peanut butter and ice cream. That's literally all you need. I also use almond milk. Last night I bought a new blender, mixed some vanilla ice cream, vanilla almond milk, whole milk, more peanut butter and everything. That's it. I used a scoop and a half of this product. WEIGHT GAIN IS NOT CHEAP. It's not even logical. I love it so far. Let's see if my weight comes back. Sequel follows . π
