Review on πŸ‘’ Dan Post Certified Boot 10.5-13: Guaranteeing Quality and Style in Every Step by Born Waheed

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Damn good cowboy socks, BUT.

Update, 3-5-19: Went to the dermatologist and apparently the compression straps on these socks on the foot, ankle and calf that hold them in place are strong enough to burst your capillaries, which causes redness and itching. So it's not an allergic reaction like I thought at first. It seems that elderly people like me are prone to capillaritis due to compression stockings and socks with compression bands. So be warned. Update and Warning, 3-3-19: After washing these socks as instructed with our regular detergent but no fabric softener, I developed a severe rash on my legs where the compression straps are. If you have sensitive skin and are prone to allergic reactions to certain chemicals or fabrics, think twice before ordering these socks. I'm not deducting my rating because of the good socks. They may not be for everyone. I've had a rash for over a week now and it's hard to get rid of it even with prescription medication. First review: I usually wear white crew socks from Walmart or Carhartt with my boots, but I don't like them. t come to the toe of the boot. So I have a pair of Dan Post certified cowboy socks in sizes 10.5 to 13. Warning: they are a bit thicker than my crew socks. So if you have boots that are snug or a perfect match for regular crew socks, those socks may be too thick. In my case, I recently bought a pair of new boots that were a bit loose with my round socks. These new boots go perfectly with Dan Post socks. I usually wear a size 10.5 D or 10.5 EE in cowboy boots, and I see that for a person with a large foot larger than a 12 or 13, size 10.5-13 socks may seem too small and difficult to put on be able. I don't like to give 5 stars for anything and I'm using these socks early so 4 stars.
