Good customer service and successful resolution of my problem. This is the seller's suggestion for me to connect to the computer: 1. The recording file can be played on Macbook, but the software can't be changed on Macbook; it can be modified/played on a Windows computer. We customized the software for the buyer, so it is not recommended to modify the software.2. Set the recorder to "OFF" before connecting it to the computer (because the computer cannot recognize the "powered on" recorder)3. Please use the included data cable to connect to your computer (because other data cables can only support charging but not data transfer)4. Play the recording file on computer: [USB DISK] - [Record] - [WAV] - (right click) - [Open With] - [Windows Media Player] Note: 1. Google knows: As we all know, the WAV format files recorded, but Windows 10 player does not support WAV format playback, please use "Windows Media Player” or other music players2. The recorder is equipped with a USB 2.0 port, please do not use the USB 3.0 port of the computer to connect to the recorder. See manual or description above for additional information.
