Excellent quality.
I bought two of these for my 2.5 and 5 year olds. Their heads are larger (85-99 percentiles). It fits both and works well for our needs (Mickey's Ears for Disney). They love them and the quality is surprisingly good. The hats are structured but not so rigid that they don't fit at all. We ordered a toddler hat which was too small but fit a 16 month old baby.
