Review on Fox Run 4675 Bread Warmer by George Saunier

I bought a Fox Run Stainless Steel Cleaver/Scraper a few years ago thinking it looked useful so I got it put in a drawer and forget about everything. about it until recently. I started experimenting with making pallets or homemade popsicles. Traditionally, palettes are usually made with fresh fruit, although some are made with cream. One of my favorite fruit palettes is the pineapple palette, which requires you to dice a fresh pineapple. The first few times I did it by hand with a good knife, but I always thought there must be an easier and faster way to dice the pineapple. The food processor turned it into a puree and I needed small pieces to put on pallets. That's when I finally remembered the Fox Run helicopter. This handy device quickly made it through four cups of pineapple and diced them much easier and faster than I could with a simple knife. It was easier to manage and also worked well for scooping up a bunch of pineapples at once to add to the mixing bowl. The tool can easily be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. It has taken a more prominent place in my kitchen where I will use it much more often.
