The notebook is in good condition. The cable is in bad condition.
The device is in good condition and works perfectly. However, the charger looks like it has been attacked by dogs. There are several breaks and the wire itself is bare. The charger should be the easiest to repair. A refurbished laptop does not necessarily have to be a used laptop and a charger that has been used for a different purpose. The cable didn't even bother to fix it. I expected a used but intact cable.
