I'm satisfied with the toaster overall. It has a lovely contemporary design, clear controls, and it doesn't take up much room in the kitchen. Bread can be utilized either fresh or frozen. But you must adapt to it! The first time I used the toaster, I accidentally adjusted the roast level too low, and all I got was dried bread. The bread turned out too toasted the next time I upped the time. And it was only the third time that I succeeded in finding the golden mean. I no longer adjust the settings; instead, I just place the bread in the machine, depress the lever, and enjoy the ideal toast.
