I've had this bag for over a year now, and I like it a lot. It can be stuffed under an airline seat, and in a standard overhead compartment. It will carry one or two bodies, several lenses, a whole bunch of miscellaneous stuff, and your raincoat, too. The strap design allows the bag to swing around to access the camera compartment, but to do so, the straps tend to be a bit wide. For a guy with big shoulders, this will work, but they tend to feel as if they are falling off if the sternum strap isn't fastened. There is no key lanyard or clip, and no real good place to stash your car keys. It's tough to get water bottles in and out of the side pockets, and there are no waist belt pockets. The top pocket is useless for anything except maybe a wallet or business card, and is essentially a waste of a zipper. You can pack a tripod with the attached straps and leg pockets, which is good if you need to keep your hands free for scrambling. It does tend to throw your balance a bit backwards. A 15" laptop and a tablet can be carried simultaneously, or the laptop pocket can be used to stash a hydration bladder, although there's no hook to keep it from sliding into the pack. A 3-liter bladder is a bit big but can be jammed in there. All in all, this is a great bag. I've hauled mine all over the world and it's handled the stress like a champ.
