I don't even know where to start. I started working in a place where it can get cold at the beginning of the day, or at least on the way from the car to the office (Midwest winter!), but gets very hot during the day. My friend works there too and only wears shorts under his pants, but unfortunately it's a bit more difficult for a woman! In addition, women's shorts are generally not suitable for work. So I started my long search, trying to find something like lightweight cargo pants with lots of deep pockets, and came across convertible pants. I was very excited, but then I saw that many have small or no pockets at the back, which was a categorical "no" for me. I bought another pair but they fit me horribly and looked like they should have been sold for men not women. But I stumbled across these and decided to give it another try for a number of reasons (one being the color I liked was called Fossil and I love hunting fossils so I knew I wouldn't be able to get past them ). And I love her! My decision to buy them was mainly because of the convertible part of the pants and while I wish they had more pockets, I did have both front pockets (deep enough to fit my LG G6 in a phone pocket). ), one on the side (not deep enough for my phone but still a good size for women's pants) and at least one on the back (perfect for my phone!). But I also saw where you don't have to take your shoes off to transform your feet, which would be perfect for me because at work I wouldn't waste time running to the bathroom to do all of that. . I can stand at my press, print what I print, and quickly strip my leg. Easy, quick, done. They're lightweight so any choppy wind on my commute is freezing cold, but other than that they're perfect for what I need. Finally, since I was a weird kid in the '90s, I really like my boot-cut pants, and I don't like the straight legs that all cargo pants or convertible pants I find seem to have. And while they're straight, the zipper starting at the side allows me to open them up a bit and give the appearance of a bootcut. The shorts are the perfect length for work, so no problem. But they actually fit like women's pants, they're comfortable, thin, and I'm still sitting here with the tags on because I don't want to take them off! And yes, I know they seem long, but again it's showing that 90's side of me where my pants should be touching, if not dragging, so they're absolutely perfect. I'll definitely buy more in other colors the first chance I get! Maybe more of that color if I can. I highly recommend them!
