I have an extra wearable and charger to use as a second floor. After a few tries it connected to the base unit, which I expected to do without any issues as it's listed as a device accessory if you need an extra portable phone. The phone looks and works exactly the same as the phone that came with the base station, except that the power contacts on the phone base are different from those on the base station, so each phone connects to its own charging cradle. Seems kinda weird. I guess it doesn't matter as long as it works, but I'd rather not have to keep track of which phone goes where. If I lose the base unit phone how do I replace it as this phone does not fit in the base unit charger. Like an accessory that seems important. My base unit is KX-TG3760. This is one of the Bluetooth devices that will receive calls from a cell phone when you pair it. Both phones, the original phone and this second phone, work with cell tethering, so I'm happy with that. Update: Actually this is not a phone for my machine. I ordered by mistake because I wanted black instead of the suggested silver and the part number was different. In my apologies, there are so many similar models that it's quite confusing when ordering. Again, the only difference is the base station power pin configuration. On the good side, it works flawlessly. The sound on these phones is really good, probably the best I've ever had. Cell phone connection works very well which is a big plus. I had no problems connecting an old LG smartphone.
