Stays put and sturdy
I bought this as my Chihuahua ages she can no longer jump up on the couch or bed. It is sturdy and I have had no problem with it staying put on the carpet. It could be a little higher for the bed- I have a king- but it is tall enough to reach the ottoman at the end of the bed. She doesn't sit on it so the tier is not significantly related to my review. My only negative is that it does not clean easily. If she comes in with a dirty paw of two it's not something you can just wipe down. Wish it were easier to clean.
