, I can't really comment on the comfort or support as it's a throw pillow. What I can comment on is the odd size, not well explained. They tell you (AFTER you have received the wrong size) that you must order a replacement at a reduced price and advise you to watch a video explaining that you need an insole 2 inches larger than the imitation . I have now ordered a 14x14 pillow for a 14x14 fake. The pillow was barely a 12x12. According to them I would have to order a fake 10x10 to fit the wrong sized insert that was sent to me. They don't even make them that small. So I think their sizes are wrong or their pillows are really thin. Anyway, I think it's a scam. Keep searching for the best pillow and read the sizes carefully.
