cute but big Consider downsizing!
If you are looking for a vest for immediate use I would recommend sizing down. My daughter usually wears a size 5 or 5 depending on the brand so I ordered a size 5. It's very long for her and fits like a size 6. So she'll wear it next year when she's a bit older. The print is cute, although I don't know why it was sewn upside down with the characters. However, it looks very cute and my daughter loves the ruffles along the hood. The price is good too!
