They fit, but the caps stay on
The name speaks for itself. I bought these to replace the OEM American Standard on our toilet that uses a metal wing nut. The EOM cap doesn't stay up at all (a light breeze common in the bathroom knocks it off). These screws are tight and the cap is held in place with a plastic nut on the sides. So great I bought two more kits to go with it Before that, replace the nuts on our other two toilets.
