A good alternative to Johnson & Johnson's patches
This product is not too different from the J&J Friction Patch. After reading all the reviews of different alternatives, I simply chose Gold Bond. I use it when breaking in new shoes, especially on the problem areas on the back of the heel and in the upper ankle area. The consistency is also similar to the BandAid version. You don't have to be a victim of price gouging. That works just as well. However, I cannot speak about the use of sneakers in heavy sports.
