Very disappointing and frustrating that this was a non-standard error. But - I give Dell tech support 5 stars and how quickly they fixed everything - I had a new one within 24 hours of calling. All in all, apart from not working when I got it, it's a handy product. Lots of inputs and great features. Beware of connecting to an ethernet network - this got me hooked and there's a lot about it on the web. If your ethernet fails as soon as you plug it in, don't spend 3 days trying to figure it out (bio update, firmware update, etc) like I did. Just call Dell and get a new one. I'd give it a minus 1 except for how quickly and easily Dell got it right - now I'd give it a 5, but I can't ignore a factory error. Highly recommend if you can get one that works.
