I have purchased several Kanguru SS3 flash drives for engineering work over the years and none have failed. This is my first FlashTrust drive and I moved it because of the high price. It's identical to my SS3 drives: aluminum body, plastic cover, and a tiny read/write switch. (waterproof but not waterproof). The switch feels so brittle and should wear out or break if hit too many times, but I'm moderately strict with them so haven't had any failures yet. USB 3 transfer speeds are good, and it gets warm when copying gigabytes. I'm not yet sure how to verify firmware integrity on this model. I am very happy to guarantee customers that I will not transmit malware when using FlashTrust. Staying one step ahead of the hackers is definitely work!
