I wish I had read the instructions first I thought it was a mask you use before shampooing No way I would wash my hair, come out of the shower that Put the mask on and I have to come back and wash it off so I used it the way a mask should be used on my roots before washing it. I wasn't impressed, it didn't do anything but weigh down my hair. I can't imagine how bad that would be if I did it I did it the way they intended I am a 62 year old female. The irony is that every time I use something so-called natural like this product, it makes my hair frizzy and frizzy beyond recognition. It didn't impress me.
