Doesn't remove eye makeup completely
I usually use garnet micellar water to remove eye makeup and thought I'd give it a try as I usually love Burt's Bees. It does not remove eye makeup at all; this is about 50% less efficient. After about 2 days of use I went back to my old stuff.
