Cheaply made best in diaper bags

I bought this in April 2022 and used it mainly as a handbag with a few baby items. It's June 2022 and it's already starting to flicker, parts of the "leather" have chipped off, and the color of the FP emblem on the front flap has already started to fade. I'm not strict with my bags so I don't understand why this is happening. The straps could be more comfortable. It definitely feels like I wasted most of my money.
