One of the coolest, most modern items I have on my countertop. After buying a nice set of knives, I argued for a long time about where to store it. I've read a lot about knife blocks or ones that fit the tray and then realized that knife blocks aren't the best on the blades themselves and they don't show the fine craftsmanship of the knives like this magic block. Definitely recommend to everyone but please measure your knives before purchasing like I do. Obviously your bread knife will probably be the longest and mine will fit perfectly, but the handles will be over the block. It looks so decorative yet durable and I love the look of wood on a granite countertop. There are five knives here, I had a hard time with four, but my chef's knife is quite large. You could probably attach six paring knives very easily. Really amazing and definitely worth the price. Thanks very much!
