Scrap tires for tires

Installed these tires on my wheelchair and inflated them to the maximum advertised pressure of 145psi. After 6 hours, at 2 a.m., one of them exploded. I contact the website where I bought it, they sent me a replacement with no questions asked. I put it on, just put 100psi in from now on. As you can see in the second photo, both tires broke apart on the inside. I contacted the manufacturer and heard nothing from them. I've been in a wheelchair for 33 years, very active, work full time, camp, ride handbikes. I know what I'm doing when it comes to tires and have tried MANY tires over the years. In all these years I have NEVER had a tire blow out. Now 3 tires are defective. I call it a major production problem. If the manufacturer does not respond to this problem, then it gets a bad rating. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.
