My first item arrived damaged/defective. I immediately sent it back and was on my way. This sometimes happens on delivery and I didn't bother to think about it. A little later I received emails from the manufacturer, which I thought were spam, so I didn't read any of them. delete….remove….remove… The manufacturer tried to contact me to fix a damaged product… One day a package arrived and I opened it before I knew who it was from as I was expecting the package anyway . When I first saw the air purifier, my first thought was that I accidentally received someone else's package. I didn't even take it completely out of the box. I recognized the air purifier of the same model that I returned. So I researched my old emails - I found them. there were several attempts. so i took it out. collected and turned on. very quiet. comes with a remote control. the timer function and the sleep mode are a plus. I turn it on every night before bed. It is very durable and well built. I highly recommend this air purifier. I had 3 different brands and this is Alpha. hands down Customer service is patient and never gave up on me even though I was almost done with this brand at the beginning.
