I am satisfied with the product, it is made well, the price is also pleasing.

No issues at all if the part could simply be replaced under warranty. The chair is a favorite and met expectations in every other way. The communication process with this service is made more difficult by the issues with (sending back, waiting for when they receive, and not at all in the conditions that the operators promise, waiting for the money to be returned).
A request for the manufacturer would be to improve the service quality and mechanism, at least in major urban areas.

Pros

Large, lovely, and cozy. Eco-leather has operated flawlessly for 11 months with no dents or scuffs. Excellent soft wheels, plush armrests, and a lovely cross.

Cons

The swing mechanism gave up after 11 months of meticulous use. Since the entire chair was in excellent shape, all I wanted to do was have it repaired under warranty. However, it turned out that our city does not allow warranty repairs, so I was given the option of returning the item.
