The monitor is ok for its price and I would give it 4 stars if Revain didn't offer it in combination with the RevainBasics monitor arm. I was wrong in thinking that the hand should be compatible with the monitor, but it isn't. The Samsung monitor uses a 75mm VESA mount and any larger panel will fit the stand mount. You can remove the stand mount by opening the monitor case. First remove the screw near the HDMI connector and the power connector, then insert the pan head screw into the holes on the bottom and side of the monitor to pry up the back panel. Be careful not to bend the screen and be careful as the shell is quite soft. You can find videos online if you don't know how.
