I bought two of these. The first was grey. My husband, a USMC vet and truck driver, came home when it arrived and he liked it so much he stole it lol! So I had to order another one. I returned to college after suffering a severe spinal cord injury while on ambulance duty. A lot of titanium and steel are currently attached to my spine. I don't mind this bag at all. Also got caught in the rain. My laptop and other valuables were not affected. I would have liked the side pockets to be a bit wider, but overall I really like the backpack. Sorry for the clip, I did it with one hand. I can fit one of my HP, 15" and 17", my custom binder, my spools, binders, spare battery, power cord, lots of stationery, school book, three magazines (two for a series of books I write). , pocket a thesaurus and dictionary, and a bit more, like my 32-ounce stainless steel water bottle. This is an excellent backpack. I also wish the pockets and zippers were only accessible when I took the bag off as if the holes were on my back so I don't have to worry about someone ripping me off. It would be cool. Either way, this is a solid backpack.
