Pros: - Sounds GREAT - Mic quality is very good. Nothing outstanding, but very similar to other headsets, which is to be expected. - They're super comfy. - The battery life (with the HyperX LED on the sides off) is AMAZING. I only use them for work so after I charged them to 100% they lasted about 3 days or 3.5 days on a single charge. That's about 24 hours in total, which is very, very good for me. The volume control on the right is great. Very nice and practical feature! Now you can see the battery life on the icon in the Windows taskbar. To me this is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT because people have said this hasn't happened before. But it's super comfortable. Keep in mind that you need to install HyperX Ngenuity software to view this. Nothing wrong with that. The range is sufficient. Doesn't cover my whole house, which I expected after reading reviews that said the range of these headphones was overwhelming. It doesn't work for me, but I'm not complaining. I can't think of anything I "don't like" about these headphones, but below are things that MIGHT be added in the future that I LOVE. :- If I leave the HyperX LED on the sides off and turn off the headphones, the next time I turn them on the LED will also turn on and I won't remember that it was off the last time. I have to turn the LED off every time I use these headphones early in the day, which isn't a big deal, takes a few seconds but would be nice to have. - The red headphone LED lights up. The parties eat the battery like CRAZY. It's not really a scam, it's just something to be aware of. Wear headphones when using them. I wish there was an indicator in the Ngenuity software that would tell you if the LED on the headphones was on or off. Ngenuity software from a computer. - These headphones turn off every 30 minutes of inactivity (so sometimes when I turn them back on the LED also comes on and I have to turn them off again) and I'd love to see a feature in the Ngenuity software that allows you to disable that 30 minutes of inactivity and leave the headphones on/connected indefinitely. I know what I'm doing, and I know I'll have to turn them off when I'm done. I don't need "help to save battery". These are minor things but overall they are AMAZING and the sound quality did not disappoint. I also have a HyperX cloud, but I wanted wireless. And I got what I expected. Thank you HyperX for creating a wireless version of these cloud series headphones which I love! *** UPDATE DECEMBER 6, 2018: The fact that I can't change the headphone power off timeout. After 20 MINUTES of inactivity (I thought 30 but actually 20) I'm a little concerned about this. So I changed it to 3 stars. I find it absolutely amazing that this very basic feature cannot be changed anywhere!
